I thought it would be really fun to start posting a pic from one of my runs each week. You know, some of my favorite spots, spots where I feel like I'm gonna die, spots where I've puked, that sort of thing. Then I realized everything is pretty ugly right now, so even my favorite places might look a little depressing. So here's my kettlebell gym - a whole group of us mid-snatch. I'm second from the left in the back row (black capris, pink top, kettlebell up in the air!). Appropriate pic for tonight, seeing as how I just came from another great kettlebells class. If only I didn't have to drive half an hour one way to get there - I would love to go more than once per week.
So that was my workout today . . . don't you feel like you just dropped in Minnesota and hung out with my sweaty, stinktastic self for a while?

:) ...good job and cool pic!
Love it! I bought a kettlebell and a video, but think I am just not nearly coordinated enough for it. I nearly knocked myself in the head with the thing. :)
You are awesome Heather! Just so you know...your post tonight totally made me smile:)
Great photo! Where do you take the Kettlebell class?
I've never even touched a kettlebell before!
Nice job on the workout!
I look forward to seeing pictures from your runs! I was wondering what your kettle bell class looked liked.

Where do you take the Kettlebell class? I know there's one at the Sweatshop in St. Paul, but I've been kind of chicken to take it.
Hey Meg, I go to 180 degree kettlebells in North Branch. I highly recommend giving it a shot!
Nice pic! Informative too...I never knew what a kettlebell was, let alone taken a kettlebell class.
Love this idea - I've thought myself how fun it would be to do the very same! Can't wait to see where this journey leads us! :)
i so want to take one of those classes one of these days! Looking forward to seeing more pictures.
